Commitment To Fiscal And Programmatic Responsibility
CAGI is committed not only to the provision of
services to its eligible clients, but doing so in a manner that optimizes efficient
delivery and ensures the integrity of financial expenditures as well as program
process and procedure.

Fiscal Responsibility
CAGI is audited each year by an independent accounting firm to provide clients and
funding sources with financial data concerning the agency's assets and liabilities,
revenue and expenses, and cashflow. These annual audits are conducted according
to generally accepted auditing standards and government auditng standards.
This audit also contains a compliance audit which assesses the agency's conformity
with the requirements of its various funding programs. The agency has received
an unqualified opinion each year including the most recent, the year ended 12/31/04.
Programmatic Responsibility
CAGI also is audited periodically by the individual funding sources of its various
programs to verify conformance with client eligibility determination, information-gathering,
documentation and process requirements.
CAGI also retains the services of a premier law firm in the community, Ice Miller,
as its representative in all legal matters.
