ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Ability to communicate effectively

standard office equipment (electric typewriter, personal computer, fax machine,
calculator, copier, etc.)

Ability to understand and
comply with established policies and procedures as well as the values and beliefs
of the Agency.

Must be knowledgeable with
the Indiana Weatherization Program Manual and willing to apply Weatherization measures
as mandated by the State.

Perform accurate audits and
inspections pertaining to Housing and Weatherization Programs.

Utilize Housing and Weatherization
program resources, techniques, and personnel to achieve maximum energy savings for program clients.

Ability to work with little
or no supervision.

Ability to work well with
co-workers and people at various levels of management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High School education, or equivalent GED, with two
years of construction experience.
One year of weatherization experience.
Working knowledge of basic construction and weatherization
matierials, equipment, and purpose.
Ability to develop, interpret and apply policies, procedures
and guidelines. Work with people at
various levels of management.
Knowledge of general office practices and procedures.
