CAGI maintains several offices through which programming is administered and services are delivered. The agency owns or leases office space in five locations:
1. Corporate Office (Marion County)
2. Indianapolis East Office (Marion County)

CAGI also has memoranda of understanding (MOU) with numerous partners, which include township trustees and other social service agencies such as Central Indiana Council On Aging (CICOA) and Mary Rigg Community Center. These partners offer intake for clients seeking EAP services. Clients must access one of CAGI’s five offices to receive other services.
