EAP application intake is performed throughout the agency’s service area. EAP intake occurs at all of the five CAGI office locations:
- Meridian Street, Marion County
- 46th Street, Marion County
- Boone County
- Hamilton County
- Hendricks County
There are three other sets of intake sites for EAP:
- General sites, where applications are taken from the public at large; anyone may take advantage of their services
- Crisis sites, where applications are taken only from households whose service has either been disconnected or is in imminent danger of being disconnected
- Restricted sites, where the entity involved performs EAP intake only for its clients; e.g., at the CICOA site, only CICOA clients may have their EAP applications taken
