Funded by Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) dollars through the City of Indianapolis, low-income homeowners can benefit from this program by applying for assistance with replacement or repair of roofs, gutters, electrical wiring, plumbing, foundations, floors and other structural damage.

Eligibility is based upon household income. At this time, the program is available only to residents of Marion County.
