These are CAGI’s latest tax-credit financing senior affordable apartment projects.  At 60 two-bedroom units each, Phases I and II provide new, affordable, safe housing accommodations for eligible tenants.  Spacious units, large clubhouses with significant common area availablility and amenities such as workout rooms and a beauty shop, ample parking for residents mark these projects as a great place to live for CAGI clients.


Life is relatively carefree, with the units and grounds maintained by Mark III property management.  Clients make application at the leasing offices of the project.

Apartments include the following amenities:

  • Stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher
  • Laundry facility
  • Central air conditioning
  • Handicapped-accessibility
  • Large clubhouse with dominating fireplace and all-weather room, full-service kitchen
  • Friendly atmosphere

Applicants must be 55 years old or more, pay a non-refundable application fee, pass criminal background checks, and provide their birth certificate, Social Security card and a valid photo ID.
