We offer FREE and CONFIDENTIAL Foreclosure Prevention counseling to Indiana homeowners who are struggling with or at risk of mortgage delinquency and foreclosure. If you are currently struggling to pay your mortgage because of an involuntary loss of or significant reduction in employment income; a substantial reduction in household income due to death of a contributing household member; significant expenses related to non-elective medical procedures or a significant reduction in income due to military service, Indiana’s Hardest Hit Fund may be able to help you save your home.  This program helps struggling homeowners who meet the program’s eligibility requirements by providing monthly mortgage payments.

Eligible applicants may qualify for mortgage assistance of up to $30,000, through the Hardest Hit Fund program. The Hardest Hit Fund program is a statewide program funded by the U.S. Department of the Treasury
