We're getting an earlier start
this year! Community Action of Greater Indianapolis will begin scheduling
Energy Assistance Program (EAP)application appointments on September 4, 2007, for
appointment dates beginning October 9, 2007.

We're also expanding our mail-in application process this year. Prospective
applicants may come to either of CAGI's offices (located at 2441 N. Meridian Street
and 2626 E. 46th Street in Indianapolis) and pick up a mail-in packet. The
packet includes all of the materials you will need to complete your application.
Just provide all of the required information, put it in the self-addressed return
envelope, slap on the right postage and drop it in the nearest mailbox! As
long as all of the required documentation and information are there, we can process
your application without the need for you to do on-site intake.
Finally, we are providing you with another mail-in application option. On
this site, we have provided downloadable and printable blank EAP forms
which
you may simply print or download and print, then complete and mail in to CAGI's
EAP staff for processing. This saves you a trip to one of our offices to pick
up the mail-in packet. The packet comes complete with instructions, and the
forms are published in Adobe Acrobat format (which can be downloaded for free from
Adobe's web site if it is not already installed on the computer you are using--see
below).
