On March 20, 2020 IHCDA halted weatherization production due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to COVID-19 CAGI was on target to completing 110 homes for the 2020 program year. At that time weatherization had 58 homes in the pipeline with 10 more homes to complete by April 1, 2020. From April 1, 2020 to October 1, 2020 weatherization needs to complete 42 homes which will bring our total to 110 for the program year.

On August 12, 2020 IHCDA amended guidance stating that sub-grantees may provide in-home weatherization for all homes regardless of household member’s risk status. Currently CAGI is providing weatherization services for all homes in the following Counties: Marion, Hamilton, Hendricks, and Boone.
